Living in Florida is always interesting. Never a dull moment. Came home this weekend from school to enjoy some time with my family and Beryl had to ruin it. Just got power back. Tropical storms aren’t so bad.

I signed my mom’s Mothers Day card with a small poop drawing that I do on everything I come in contact with that can be written on.
She’s probably used to it but, sometimes, it’s things like this that make me realize how absurd I am.

Against Me! singer Tom Gabel reveals plans to begin living as a woman in the new issue of Rolling Stone. Gabel, who has dealt privately with gender dysphoria for years, will soon begin the process of transition, by taking hormones and undergoing electrolysis treatments. Gabel will eventually take the name Laura Jane Grace, and will remain married to her wife Heather.

Deep conditioning my hair makes me look like this.
I’m using the Joico rejuvenating deep conditioner. I like to let it sit in my hair for about 10-15 minutes. Balances the ph, makes it shiny, soft, blah blah.
Thus far, it’s been fine. Smells good, so that’s all.

Name your favorite current artist, and ask yourself if they’ve ever done anything this cool. MCA wasnt afraid to stand for issues that were important to him. Along the way he influenced a lot of people positively with a message of peace and tolerance. And the dude was suave and intelligent while he did it. MCA was a positive influence in my life growing up with his music and moments like these. He was one of the few in the realm of popular entertainment that did influence me.
He did whatever the fuck he wanted. Sad.
